COTA Summer Institute 2019

These sessions are designed to continue and amplify learning that will continue all year with the Learning Partnerships Network, as outlined in the June 2019 session. The focus of these sessions will be on innovating teaching and learning through shifting the four elements of the pedagogical core with the 7 OECD Principles of Learning. Group focus areas will be determined based on input from the participants, and may include topics: inquiry-based learning, pedagogical documentation, assessment, numeracy, building community, empathy, and student agency. These sessions will be interactive and experiential and will build on the collective knowledge of the group.
Choose either group 4, 5 or 6 with your teaching partner(s) if you have one. The groups will be flexible and may mix throughout the day.
